About Our Practice

Over the years, Catonsville Eye Group has grown into one of the largest private eyecare providers of optometry in the Baltimore area. We are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Catonsville.

We employ a staff of ten professionals, including our Doctors of Optometry, opticians, technical and ancillary staff. We utilize the latest diagnostic instruments available to provide our doctors with the necessary tools to evaluate the overall health of your eyes. As part of a comprehensive eye examination for adults, we check for eye conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration and cataracts. In small children, we evaluate all aspects of visual function including evaluation for strabismus and amblyopia ( lazy eye). We specialize in hard to fit contact lens wearers such as bifocal, kerataconus and toric fits. We co-manage with ophthalmology for our patients needing LASIK or cataract surgery. Our opticians are well versed in the many options available to enhance your appearance with latest spectacle lens and frame technology. We accept most insurance plans such as VSP, Medicare, BCBS and Kaiser, to name a few.
